Vectech Ltd. ("Vectech", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, and protect customer data, API telemetry, and personal information when you use our vector workflow automation platform, APIs, and related services.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Name, work email address, company name, and authentication credentials provided during registration.
• Workflow Metadata & Telemetry: Execution logs, node configuration states, API call latency, error codes, and system performance metrics necessary to run pipeline automation.
• Customer Payload Data: Data routed through API nodes, vector embeddings, and LLM completions. Payload data processed through user-defined workflows is ephemerally processed in memory and never used to train machine learning models.

3. Data Security and Zero-Retention Architecture

Vectech employs enterprise-grade security protocols, including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and role-based access control (RBAC). For enterprise tenants deployed in private VPCs, all execution payloads remain entirely within your security boundary.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party API Integration

We do not sell personal or payload data to third parties. Data is only transmitted to third-party endpoints (e.g., OpenAI, Pinecone, Milvus, Qdrant) as explicitly instructed by your workflow configurations.
