1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the platform provided by Vectech Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Platform Usage and Acceptable Use Policy

Vectech provides vector workflow orchestration and API connector automation tools. You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Execute malicious API payloads, distribute malware, or conduct DDoS attacks.
• Exceed tier rate limits or attempt to reverse-engineer the core workflow orchestration engine.

3. Service Level Agreement & Availability

Vectech strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for cloud-hosted environments. Enterprise plans include tailored Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with explicit credit policies for unscheduled downtime as defined in individual custom contracts.

4. Intellectual Property

Vectech retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, source code, and underlying architecture. You retain complete ownership of all workflows, data payloads, and custom connectors created within your account.

5. Termination and Modifications

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose security risks to our platform infrastructure. Terms may be updated periodically, with notice provided to registered administrators.
